How do I install Timetrack?

No installation is required. You can run our time tracking software straight after you have downloaded the executable.

How do I uninstall Timetrack?

Since there is no installation, you can safely remove our time tracking software by deleting the executable that you have downloaded. That all you need to do!

Before you do that, you can use the purge function to remove all or part of your time data. To do so, click Tools » Purge..., then select the type of your purging and then click Purge button.

I encounter an error "... is not a valid Win32 application" when I run your file after downloading. What should I do?

This is a common error seem by users who are using Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer has gives up part of the way through the download, and your local copy of the file is incomplete.

You can try to download the file from our site again. Please ensure that the file size of your downloaded copy matches ours, else you have to repeat the download again.

Timetrack has been running smoothly for sometime but it fail to run today. What happened?

You might have deleted the time tracking software executable without knowing. You can download the executable file from our site and run it again.

To prevent accidental deletion, you might want to save it on your desktop instead of the default download folder.

I just got a new computer and switched to Windows 7. Time tracking does not work for some programs, specially AutoCAD.

Your new computer might have come with a 64-bits Windows 7 and you might be running a 64-bits version of AutoCAD.

You have to download the latest copy of our time tracking software to track these 64-bits programs.
