Viewing Your Work Time
Time Tracking Software User Guide

Our time tracking software comes with a very customizable way of viewing your work time in any relationship you can think of. Most of your time data will be presented in a hierarchical relationship where you select groups to define the hierarchical relationship of your data.

To view your work time:

  1. Click the Report tab, to select the report pane.
  2. Click the New page button, if you want to view your work time in a new report page.
  3. Select the date that you would want to view your work time.
  4. Select the groups in how you want to view your work time.
  5. Click Refresh or hit F5 key.
  6. View your work time.

Follows these steps to view your work time

To select your date:

  1. Click the Quick Date button to pick a date from the quick date menu; or
  2. Click the Month Calendar button to pick a date from a month calendar control.

To select your groups:

The groups are build up one level at a time, stacked beside each other as shown in the picture below.

In this example, 3 levels of hierarchical groups are selected (Program, document and the Internet Address), including a matrix group, that is the .vs. Day. To build this groups, do the following steps:

  1. Click button 1 (green), select Program from the popup menu. This will change the button label to Program.
  2. Click drop-down button 2a (red), select Document from the popup menu.
  3. Click drop-down button 3a (blue), select Internet Address from the popup menu.
  4. Finally, click drop-down button 4a (purple), select .vs. menu item (the last menu item), then select the Day from the popup menu.

Note that group drop-down button 2a, 3a and 4a let you build the next level of group. While group button 1, 2b, 3b and 4b let you modified that particular level of group.
